Welcome Lovely, Hilary Cooper here. Very proud to say I graduated from Aveda Institute of Austin in 2018. I've always had a passion for color ever since growing up in a salon. With furthering education I am now a blonde specialist, as well as Fashion color specialist. I absolutely love a challenge and color corrections are the best.
